Crisp matte-finish 5.5 x 7.5 three-dimensional photo, matted to a size of 9.5 x 12, signed and inscribed on the mat in black ink, as president, “Many happy birthdays, for Ida F. Dumont, William McKinley, November 1st, 1900.” Signature and inscription have inexplicably been cleanly separated into sections and neatly re-assembled along the bottom edge of the mat, which also seems to have been re-assembled.
