Official Reach American League baseball signed in black ink near the league stamp, “Ty Cobb,” and dated 1922 in another hand to the left of the signature. In good to very good condition, with heavy overall toning and soiling, various scuffs and surface loss, and a few scuffs and marks affecting the signature. Cobb is quite scarce in this single-signed format, which is especially desirable as it was signed during his playing days—1922 was a particularly impressive year, with Cobb batting .401, breaking the milestone .400 mark for the third and final time of his career.
