Partly-printed DS, one page, 7.5 x 12.25, November 4, 1763. Unsigned document filled out in Sherman’s hand, incorporating his name four times, in which he sells a tract of land in New Haven to Lydia and Sarah Painter for £15. Signed at the conclusion by the Painters. Complete tape-repaired separations to intersecting folds, a few small edge tears, and scattered staining, otherwise very good condition.
