Automobile industry executive (1925–2005) best remembered for creating the DeLorean DMC-12 sports car, which was featured in Back to the Future. Two documents: the first, signed “John Z. DeLorean,” one page, 8.5 x 11, April 24, 1975, is waiving notice of the first meeting of the incorporator and sole subscriber of Composite Technology Corp. Signed at the conclusion in black felt tip by DeLorean and Thomas W. Kimmerly. The second, also signed “John Z. DeLorean,” one page, 8.5 x 11, April 25, 1975, contains the minutes for a special shareholder meeting of the Composite Technology Corp. Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by DeLorean.
