Harding, of lawful age, being sworn, says that a printed notice, a copy of which is hereunto attached, was published for five consecutive weeks in The Marion Star, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said Marion County, immediately previous to the 17 day of April A. D., 1897, and that at the time he was Prest. of said paper.” The notice, which remains stapled to the left side, is regarding a Marion County sheriff’s sale.
