ALS signed “George,” one page both sides, 6.25 x 4, Republican National Committee letterhead, August 22, 1974. Letter to William Natcher, marked “personal” at the top. In full: “Jim Collins told me that you put in a good word for me on the V. P. deal. I will always be grateful to you, Bill Boy, good friends really mean a lot.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, addressed in Bush’s hand, and notated by Natcher, “From George Bush, National Chairman of the party and one of the contenders. W.H.N.” Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
