Napoleon orders four robbers turned over to French authorities

Manuscript DS in French, signed “Nap,” one page, 8 x 12.5, February 19, 1811. An untranslated decree in which four men accused of armed robbery on the public road and currently detained in the jail at Cremona are to be handed over to the French authorities. Decree charges the ministers of Justice of France and Italy with its execution. In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
