Signed book: Alice of Old Vincennes. Later printing. NY: Grossett and Dunlap, 1908. Hardcover, 5.25 x 7.75, 419 pages. Signed on the first free end page in blue fountain pen. Autographic condition: fine, with a mild shade of toning to signed page. Book condition: VG/None. Blue cloth-covered boards; very light wear to edges, with tiny tears in cloth at corners and spine-ends; spine slightly sunned; slightly shelf-cocked; textblock yellowed. Book originates from the estate of Elizabeth Bonsteel, chief of White House records management from 1924–1963. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
