No, I have never used any drug or alcohol when writing. But what is one man’s meat is another man’s poison.” Also includes an 8.5 x 11 advertisement for a biography of Miller entitled Orpheus in Brooklyn, with an ANS at the top, signed “H. M.,” in full: “This is the best book about my work I have ever seen.” In fine condition, with two vertical mailing folds (one fold passing through a single letter of the signature).
