Rare DS, signed “Geo. Wright,” one page, 8 x 11.75, February 19, 1927. Waiver of notice document for a special meeting of the “A. J. Reach, Wright & Ditson, Inc.” corporation, in which the board of directors agrees to “consent to the transaction of any business that may properly come before said meeting.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by George Wright, J. A. Addelman, Charles B. Whitney, W. Wallace Furze, and Helen G. O’Neil. Permanently affixed to a larger ledger page, which bears another document signed by Addelman affixed to the reverse.
