Roosevelt”; and a vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of Garner, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Hon. Alfred N. Phillips, Jr., with best wishes for health & happiness, Jno N. Garner, March 31.38.” In very good condition, with some mild toning and foxing to borders of Roosevelt’s photo, with heavier rippling and toning to Garner’s photo.
