Twice-signed partly-printed DS, one page, 9.5 x 5.75, December 5, 1882. Document related to the the grounds of the Union Depot. In part: “This is to witness that Jay Gould has furnished cash to the amount of forty thousand seven hundred dollars to purchase and improve the grounds for a Union Depot at St. Louis.” Signed at the conclusion by Gould and a secretary, and signed again on the reverse by Gould.
