Insul., STR-2-01-1722-MR.” The insulator panel was removed from main shuttle access door #6 following the STS-94 mission in July 1997. Includes the original decommissioning tag, DD Form 1577-2, confirming that the panel was removed from OV-102 (Space Shuttle Columbia) on August 28, 1997. In fine condition.
