DS, signed “Sonny Bono and Cher La Piere,” one page both sides, 8.5 x 14, July 2, 1965. The pair agree to perform on the ABC show Shivaree for a fee of $132. Signed at the bottom by Sonny and Cher, signing her full name. A small rider is stapled to the reverse and a transmittal letter from ABC is stapled to the front.
