I am sending a copy of this letter…to David Hackett, executive secretary of the President’s Committee on Juvenile Delinquency and Youth Crime.” At the conclusion, Kennedy adds a short handwritten postscript, “It was very nice to hear from you—My best wishes to you in this project.
