From the author of Little House on the Prairie

Author (1867–1957) famous for writing Little House on the Prairie. Scarce ALS, one page, 5.5 x 7.25, Rocky Ridge Farm, Mansfield, Missouri, March 25, 1940. Letter to Patricia Newman. In full: “Your lovely Easter card was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for it and for your letter. I am sure you have a very dear mother. Please thank her from me for the nice things she said about Pa.” In fine condition, with mild toning and slight paper loss to upper left corner. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, filled out in Wilder’s hand and signed again in the return address area. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
