Original 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo of Casals posing with his cello, by Gerschel of Paris, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen “A Monsieur Costa, son ami, Pablo Casals, Nice 1900.” In fine condition, with some light damp staining to upper corners, some slight silvering, and a few mounting remnants to reverse.
