Unused real photo postcard by Notman Studio, featuring the ship charged with the ghastly task of recovering bodies of the Titanic victims, captioned at the bottom: "C.S. ‘Mackay-Bennett’ with ‘Titanic’s’ Dead, Halifax, N.S.” In fine condition, with a mild crease and trivial soiling. The Mackay-Bennett successfully recovered 306 bodies, including those of John Jacob Astor IV, Isidor Straus, and Edward Austin Kent.
