Original turn of the 20th century gelatin silver photograph showing a large crowd engulfing an early steam locomotive, 17 x 12.5, affixed to its original 20 x 15.5 mount. Missing one corner of the mount, other edge wear and chipping, one tear not touching the image and some staining to reverse. The image is sharp and clean if a tad light.
