Bell, and affixed to its original 21 x 18.5 mount, signed on the mount in black ink ”Grover Cleveland,” and also signed by cabinet members ”T. F. Bayard,” “Charles S. Fairchild,” “W. C. Whitney,” “Wm. C. Endicott,” “Wm. F. Vilas,” “Donald Dickinson,” “A. H. Garlan,” and “Norman J. Coleman.” Impressively framed in a period frame to an overall size of 27 x 24.5. In fine condition, with uniform toning to mount, a bit of light silvering to image, and some light dampstaining along lower edge affecting a small portion of Coleman’s signature.
