Two items: card announcing a luncheon to honor the crew of the Bremen, 4 x 9.25, May 9, 1928, signed on the reverse in pencil by Hugo Junkers, “H. Junkers;” and a menu for a 1927 Independence Day dinner at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, 5.5 x 7.5, signed in pencil by Lester J. Maitland and Albert F. Hegenberger, with both adding their rank below. In fine condition, with light scattered toning and creasing, a pencil collector’s notation to the lower right of Junkers’s signature, and the menu’s ribbon binding present but detached.
