In part: “If you will review the correspondence between Mr. Keedick and myself, you will see that his letter of the 10th merely reverts back to issues that had already been covered explicitly by my letter of May 26 and the contract I sent him from California. As a reply to my letter of the 8th, Mr. Keedick’s letter of the 10th merely serves to confirm his rejection of the contract I sent him.
