Signed at the conclusion by Louis and also signed by Jean Colbert, as the French minister of finance. In good to very good condition, with intersecting folds and creases, several passing through signature, mild wrinkling, trimmed lower right edge, some light foxing, and a small mounting remnant to reverse.
