Hand-addressed free frank, measuring 9.5 x 7 overall, with the address panel measuring 6 x 3, addressed by Byron, “London June twenty first, to Mr. Wm. Flatter, Queen Shirt, Oxford,” and franked in the lower left, “Byron,” and stamped “Free” in the upper right. Sheet is affixed to an identical size sheet. Paper loss to top and bottom edge from wax seal, scattered soiling to panel, several folds and creases, and an ink notation to left edge, otherwise very good condition.
