Thornsly “Vice Consul of Mexico at Tacoma, Washington, for Tacoma and its dependencies.” Signed at the conclusion by Roosevelt and countersigned by Secretary of State Elihu Root. Framed to an overall size of 21.5 x 19.75. In very good condition, with light previous storage folds, scattered toning, and some dampstaining to edges. The white seal is crisp and intact.
