Partly-printed partial DS, one page, 10 x 4, no date. Astor bears witness “whereof said parties have hereunto…set their hands and seals” in regards to a financial matter. In very good condition, with uniform toning, creasing, paper loss to the top right corner and edge, some light tears along the left and bottom edge, and pencil notations in another hand.
