Hamp,” and franked in the upper right, “free, F. Pierce, M. C.” Panel bears a postmark stamp to the upper left. In very good condition, with three vertical folds, light creasing, scattered light toning and soiling, a postage stamp mildly affecting the franked portion, and a pencil notation on the reverse.
