President Grant orders the Secretary of State “to affix the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the conditional pardon of Winn Raymond.” Signed at the conclusion in purple ink by Grant. In very good condition, with a horizontal fold through signature, a couple small edge separations to horizontal folds, some light toning, and a bit of trivial foxing.
