The most striking similarity is that one of the world powers (USSR) today is implementing an aggressive expansionist policy and, at the same time, is rapidly building up its military strength far beyond the requirements solely for defense. Another similarity is that the United Nations is as ineffective today in dealing with the world problems it was designed to solve as was the League of Nations during the period between World War I and World War II.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds to the second letter, passing through a single letter of the signature.
