John Quincy Adams

Partly-printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.5 x 9, September 1, 1825. President Adams grants Joseph Moss 72 acres of land in Michigan, signed at the conclusion by Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Nicely cloth matted and framed with an engraved portrait and a name plaque, to an overall size of 30.5 x 20. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, uniform toning, a few small holes to top right, and a bit of light creasing. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
