Thanks for saying those nice things about me. I appreciate your asking me to write the forward for your book, but I am now negotiating for an exclusive grant of rights for anything I might write and my lawyer says I can’t get involved with an endorsement such as you suggest. I’m sorry that I am not allowed to write an introduction to your book; I would have liked to do it.” Double-matted with a photo of the champ to an overall size of 16.75 x 11.5. In fine condition, with uniform toning and a horizontal mailing fold across the bottom of the signature. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
