A printed Apollo 10 final Flight Plan, “AS-505/CSM-106/LM-4,” dated April 17, 1969, measuring 8.75 x 10.75, bound by a staple to top left corner, and providing a minute-by-minute time frame for the entire mission, the first manned voyage to circle the moon. First page is a copy of the flight plan submission bearing copies of signatures of Elvin Pippert, T. R. Lindsey, W. M. Anderson, Warren J. North, Deke Slayton, George Low, and Christopher Kraft.
