Vintage glossy 8 x 10 CBS news department photo of Howard and his 11-year-old daughter sharing a CBS microphone, signed and inscribed in-person in fountain pen “To Saul, Leslie Howard.” Reverse of photo bears collector’s stamp date of May 8, 1936, the date the signature was acquired. A promotional sheet is also affixed to the reverse stating that Howard and his daughter Leslie Ruth, “performed a complete radio dramatization of Sir James M. Barrie’s ‘Dear Brutus.’” In very good to fine condition, with rippling along bottom from adhesive on reverse, a few spots of light toning, and scattered light creases and surface marks.
