In full [with spelling intact]: “Your letter to the Interanational Publishing Comanpy of April 6th, asking fro leave to use in a book of readings for colleges an article of mine entitled And So I Threw Away $20,000 A Year, has been turned over to me for my consent so to use it. In the form in which it was published I do not wish it to go in any book, and I have not the time now to put the manuscript together again as I wrote it. It belongs to autobiogarphical matter to be put soemtime in a book of my own when I can properly revise it.
