Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 13 x 8.5, July 8, 1823. President Monroe grants a 154 acre parcel of land in Ohio to Samuel Hunt and William Drew. Signed at the conclusion by Monroe and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, scattered toning and soiling, a few small pinholes of paper loss along folds, and some light wrinkling.
