English actor (1890–1982) famous for his comic and character roles, especially that of Alfred P. Doolittle in My Fair Lady. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of the actor in an overcoat and hat, signed and inscribed in-person in fountain pen “Saul, with all good wishes, Stanley Holloway.” Reverse of photo bears collector’s stamp date of October 6, 1954, the date the signature was acquired. In fine condition, with a few light creases and surface marks, and a trivial brush to inscription. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
