Vintage matte-finish 14.5 x 10.5 Harris and Ewing portrait of President Harry S. Truman and his full Cabinet in 1950, once belonging to Truman’s treasury secretary, signed in fountain pen at the bottom border by Truman, Vice President Alben Barkley, and nine Cabinet members: Dean G. Acheson, John W. Snyder, Robert A. Lovett, J. Howard McGrath, Jesse M. Donaldson, Oscar L. Chapman, Charles F. Brannan, Charles W. Sawyer, and Maurice J. Tobin. In fine condition, with a few brushes to Sawyer’s and Barkley’s signature and Snyder’s name overlapping Truman’s in a few spots.
