In very good condition, with punch hole to top right corner, scattered light edge and surface wear, and two partial edge separations alongtop edge of back cover, and an almost complete edge separation along bottom edge of back cover. The record is included. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from noted Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo stating, “This signature was obtained in person in 2005.” Unquestionably one of the most desirable Beatles titles.
