Signed at the conclusion by Madison and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office. Matted and framed with a color portrait of Madison, to an overall size of 24.5 x 14. Central horizontal and vertical fold, small separation at junction of folds, a couple small punch holes near bottom edge, a bit of toning, and some light show-through from mounting remnants on reverse, otherwise fine condition.
