In part, "I do not find by the Rules of the Association, that it is required to give the Members Notice of the Stated Meetings, nevertheless, it may be of advantage…to remind them of the next." Second integral page bears a hand-addressed panel to Holbrooke. In very good condition, with intersecting folds and some scattered light toning and soiling.
