Adams approves the 1826 sale of 80 acres of Springfield, Illinois land

Vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 14.75 x 9, December 5, 1826. President Adams authorizes the sale of eighty acres of land in Springfield, Illinois to Zadoe W. Flin of Morgan County, Illinois. The official seal is intact. Matted with a colorized seated portrait of Adams and framed to an overall size of 27.5 x 14.5. Heavy vertical folds, light creasing along the right side, and areas of toning and soiling, otherwise fine condition. Oversized. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
