Vintage 9 x 12 Bachrach portrait, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Hon. and Mrs. J. Chas Linthicum, with cordial regards of A. W. Mellon. July 29, 1930.” In fine condition, with scattered mild soiling, a couple trivial creases (two approaching the signature), and two inexplicable ink lines drawn to the left of the portrait, easily matted out if so desired.
