Sousa talks of a 1912 tour—the longest of his career

ALS, one page, 4.5 x 7, Queen’s Hotel letterhead, February 22, 1907. In part: “Your interesting letter at hand. I read with interest...We are doing the largest (tour) of career. We will not return to America until May. I have never heard the band give as great performances.” In fine condition, with horizontal fold passing through his signature. Wonderful content as the bandleader praises his band’s repertoire. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
