This particular checklist page bears page numbers FS 3 and FS 4 and is believed to include instructions to follow in the event of an emergency. The page measures 5.5 x 8, and bears a photocopy of a letter from Katherine Overmyer stating that the item was found in the ‘flown file’ of Bob Overmyer.
