Also signed in black felt tip by Clinton’s friend, Michael Simpson, who is standing behind Clinton in the photo. In fine condition with a few small creases, one near JFK’s face. The future president met the president on July 24, 1963, in the Rose Garden when Clinton, a delegate from Arkansas to the Boys Nation Convention, visited the White House.
