Adams signs in Great Britian in the midst of the Constitutional Convention

Partial DS, one page, 7 x 1.75, August 21, 1787. A segment of what appears to be a legal document signed in Great Britain while Adams was American Minister to the Court of St. James. In part: “Done at our House in Grosvenor Square Westminster this 21 day of August A.D. 1787: In Testimony whereof we have caused the Impression of our Hands to be hereunto affixed.” Light vertical folds (one to last name), a small repaired tear under last name, light soiling, and small chip to one edge, otherwise fine, bright condition. The signature is unusually large, dark, and bold. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
