Block of four 10-cent First Man on the Moon United States postage stamps, 5 x 2.75, signed in the blank right border in blue felt tip by Armstrong. Stamp block is removably affixed to an 8 x 10.5 informational sheet, which states at the bottom, “The above plate block of the ‘First Man on the Moon’ issue was autographed by Neil A.
