Ford tucks a family deed, sent by a Mayflower descendant, into the Edison Institute

TLS, one page, 7.25 x 10.5, personal letterhead, August 5, 1935. Ford addresses Mrs. Arthur Churchill of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants, in full: “I wish to thank you and Mr. Churchill for the old family deed you recently sent to me. I am much pleased to have this interesting document in our collection at the Edison Institute. With pleasant recollections of our talk at the Dearborn Inn …” In fine condition, with horizontal mailing fold through bottom portion of “y” in Henry, and a bit of scattered light wrinkling.
