Jack Ruby

Dallas nightclub owner (1911–1967) who attained infamy for shooting and killing Lee Harvey Oswald on November 24, 1963, two days after Oswald was arrested for the assassination of John F. Kennedy. DS, one page both sides, 8.5 x 14, February 11, 1952. Lease agreement by which Ruby rents a building in Dallas “to be occupied as a dance hall, night club, and/or kindred and/or allied types of business” for the sum of $62,520 for a term of five years. Co-signed by O.L. Nelms. In fine condition, with three horizontal filing folds and a staple hole to the top left edge. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
