Agreement between MGM and First National Productions Corporation to loan contract player Gwen Lee “for the role of ‘Viola’ in the photoplay entitled ‘Man and the Moment’ to be produced by you and directed by George Fitzmaurice…you agree to pay us for the artist’s services the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per week.” Signed in fountain pen, “Louis B. Mayer,” on the last page, and with a change in the agreement on the second page initialed by Mayer and also signed by Lee.
